Cold pressed oils or Virgin Oils or Cold-drawn oil, is the purer form of oil, having better flavour & health benefits than oil extracted with the halp of heat. These oils are obtained naturally by crushing oil seeds slowly & naturally at room temperature. We do not use extra heat or chemicals used, which makes them healthiest form of oil to be used. Their acidic value is relatively low and containd antioxidants, are rich in Vitamin E, which boosts immunity and are good to use in cooking food which are cooked at low to moderate heat, if heated on high heat makes them unsafe for consumption.
